This varies depending on the specific role and responsibilities within Cebu FurSoc. All staff members are required to attend designated major events. Priority entry to panels and dealers' dens along a special badge will be provided to all volunteers, recognizing their contribution to Cebu FurSoc. This badge is unique from event badges. Staff members get guaranteed basic rego for all Cebu FurSoc events, discounted Cebu FurSoc merch and priority access to hotel bookings where applicable.
Staff members are required to contribute a minimum of 2 hours per day for Cebu FurSoc tasks, even outside of event days as this is a year-round role. Volunteers are required to contribute a minimum number of hours per event day depending on the event type, which is usually 35% of the total event running time. Volunteers may also be asked to contribute more depending on the needs of Cebu FurSoc.
